We put the sold sign on our lot last night and the sales manager took this picture. Tomorrow we go to the design studio to pick out the interior options for the house. Hopefully we'll be in the house in September/October. I'm such a nervous Nelly that I'm going to worry about our townhouse closing until all papers have been signed on June 30th! Anyway, in this picture you can see the tree preserve in the neighborhood. We also have a small tree preserve right across the street so our view will be of the trees. There are also 3 ponds in the development and when we were there last week two Canadian geese waddled down the road. Zoe's eyes got all big and she started towards them. We hope she enjoys living there!

Wow! Your lot looks wonderful and such a gorgeous view! I am so excited for all of you as you begin this journey to your new home! how fun to choose all the new fixtures and floorings etc. Have a blast!!
Beautiful family and beautiful land - all the amenities sound fabulous and the trees look wonderful. I am sure Zoe will love her new living style. Well wishes on the closing!
